Our office

We embrace a hybrid work model, allowing team members to work from home for a large part of the month.   3. Task Assignment

    To ensure a mutual understanding of expectations, you may be asked to complete a short practical task. This will give you insight into the role’s responsibilities while allowing us to assess your skills.

  4. Second Interview

    In this round, we’ll discuss your task in detail and dive deeper into the role. You’ll also get the chance to meet potential team members and future colleagues.

  5. You're in!

    We will present you with a formal contract offer. Onboarding typically lasts a few weeks, during which we’ll guide you through our internal processes, tech stack, and company culture.
